Elite Counter-Aggression Training

At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, our self-defense training program is known as Elite Counter-Aggression Training. Using elements of taekwondo and other martial arts such as hanmudo, this self-defense system helps you hone striking, kicking, grappling, and evasion techniques.

This program also educate students on various risk factors, what to pay attention to, and do’s and don’ts when you encounter an aggressive threat. The lessons you learn in our self-defense training are essential life skills that will stay with you going forward.
